Registration process

Registration Information

To attend the International Conference on Soft Materials Models and the Thematic School, all participants must register using the following link and submit the required registration fee. The registration fee includes a complimentary bag, two fixed menu lunches, hot beverages, downloadable lecture notes from invited lecturers (and suggested readings), and invited keynote speakers' presentations.

Late Registration is Open

Registration Fee: 300 Euros

Closing Late Registration: March 17, 2025

PhD students and young researchers whose papers are accepted and who have registered to attend both the conference and the thematic school may be eligible to apply for a waiver of the registration fee.

Payment of the registration fee is made at the reception desk of the conference site by:

• Purchase order, payable to ASENIT
• Bank transfer to the ASENIT account
• Cheque, payable to l'ASENIT
• Cash during the events
